Arnold Dinong began boxing in Hawai‘i at 8 years old and quickly developed a passion for the sport. As an amateur, he competed in over 40 bouts, winning a National Championship and becoming a 5-time Hawai‘i State Champion.

 

To pursue boxing professionally, Arnold moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he trained under Bruno Escalante and Michael Bazzel at Aloha Time Boxing. He made his professional debut in 2018 and finished with a record of 7-1 while also developing as a coach working with athletes of all levels.

 

In 2021, after learning he would become a father, Arnold stepped away from professional competition but continued coaching and training fighters and clients ranging from beginners to professionals.

 

Now returning back home to O‘ahu, Arnold is opening DINONG BOXING to share his experience and help others grow through the discipline, confidence, and fundamentals of boxing.
